Last week Sean and I hiked from sunrise to sunset. After the recent storms, I was on a mission to find some mushrooms. The canyon did not disappoint. I was overwhelmed with an array of mushrooms and other types of fungus.
Too add, the streams were overflowing and we were pleasantly surprised with lots of waterfalls hidden deep in the forest.
I was so elated!. The lush green forest was so vivid and scenic.
We hiked a total of 12 miles and took our time just admiring the beauty that recent rains have brought to Southern California.
